Registered Office Service £150

Your Company uses our address as the address of its registered office. We display your Company name in our reception and also receive statutory mail sent to your Company at our address. All post is immediately forwarded to you, UNOPENED, at an address of your choice, or you can arrange to have your post collected. The charge for this service is payable in advance and this service is renewable annually.

Company Secretary Service £150

MTM will act as the named Secretary of your Company if you are unable to find someone to act in this capacity. This service includes the signing of documents as Company Secretary. No other duties are included in this service.

VAT Registration £40
(for UK domiciled businesses only)

We will be pleased to take your instructions to handle the VAT registration for your new company. This cost effective service is ideal for companies likely to trade towards the VAT threshold quickly and will speed up the process of registration. When you request this service we will send you a check list to complete for the relevant details.

Amendments to Standard Companies
(“Off the Shelf” or Custom-Made)

MTM offer a number of useful amendments to their standard Companies. There is a small additional charge for these amendments. Please ask for details.

Same Day Incorporation £120 extra

MTM provide a same day incorporation service for clients who would like to have a new company registered on the day the order is placed. This express service should be requested by telephone in the first instance to ensure your instructions are received and dealt with immediately.

Completion and Filing of Annual Return £35.25

For many clients this can be daunting and confusing at first glance. For a small fee we will act temporarily as your company secretary and attend to the completion of the Return, including noting the transfer of subscriber shares if necessary, and filing with the Registrar. We will also produce a copy for your records and produce a report from Companies House confirming safe receipt. In future years you will probably find little changes on the Annual Return and subscribing to this service in your first year will enable you to readily complete subsequent returns.

Striking Off £110

If you no longer require your company and it has not traded for the past three months we can arrange for it to be removed from the Register. This service will ensure you have no further responsibility for filing accounts and annual returns.

Notarisation of Documents from £75 per document

Where you require a document to be examined and sealed by a Notary we can arrange for this service to be provided quickly and efficiently.

Apostille from £120

An Apostille can be attached to a Notarised document by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office upon request.

File Copy of a Certificate of Incorporation £15

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006 a “file copy” of a Certificate of Incorporation is evidence of the existence of the original and can be used in all circumstances for which the original is required. Where a certificate is unavailable we can arrange for a file copy to be scanned from the Companies House database and faxed or posted to you immediately.

In circumstances where a file copy is not sufficient, a Certified copy can be obtained from the Registrar in a matter of days. MTM can order this document for you and dispatch by First Class Recorded delivery immediately on receipt.

Nominee Shareholder £250.00

A person or entity who would Hold shares for a beneficial owner in ‘Trust’.

Declaration of Trust £150.00

Drafted standard Trust agreement declaring stocks/shares or property are held in Trust by the shareholder for the Beneficial owner.

Power of Attorney £150.00

Drafted agreement giving full sole/or joint (as required) attorney to Beneficial owner/s the power to manage their company affairs by the director/s.

Director Services from £550.00

In the case of a company that will remain dormant during the Director’s term of office we may be able to assist with the provision of a named Director. This service is subject to satisfactory due diligence and the terms of our know your client (KYC) policies.

Certificate of Good Standing £55.00
(also known as ‘Certificate of Fact’)

Certificate of good standing provides information on the company and shows, company name, number, registered office, directors, secretary & shareholders details, the company share capital and its main objects of business. It will also give information on any action being taken on the company i.e. liquidation or receivership.

Company Restoration Service £995.00

On dissolution of a United Kingdom registered company the assets of the company become bona vacantia (i.e. they belong to the Crown). It is possible to restore a company to the Register of Companies by application in the High Court (Companies Court). Please contact our office for further details.
