Share certificates can also be pre-printed with your company name and share numbers for that extra professional look. A small additional charge is made for this service.

Bound Copies of Memorandum & Articles of Association (set of 5) £25

Occasionally our standard packages may not give you enough copies of the Memorandum & Articles of Association. Should you require more we can supply additional bound copies in multiples of 5 or more. Simply let us know how many you need.

Reprint of Company Documents £40

Should you lose or misplace your company documents we can reprint the entire set for you and dispatch next working day. For security reasons we require a short fax endorsed with the wording “hard copy by post” from the instructing client, confirming the documents have been lost. Reprinted documents will be overstamped “File copy”.
