Regular Services for Professional Firms

Murphy Thompson Moore LLP are skilled and experienced professional advisors who will be able to keep you abreast of changes in company law and practice, attend to the formalities required to keep good corporate governance and ensure you have a complete and up to date set of statutory records for your company.

We will take an active concern in the well being of your company and help you to ensure that you meet deadlines set by the Companies Act and government regulations for the filing of documents, without the risk of penalties or prosecution. We work hard to deliver a top quality service with fast and efficient technical support from our team.

For the day to day administration we will maintain the statutory registers using our own "in house" software. In the case of more complex projects we can offer advice and assistance with anything from extending the company share capital to re-registration from a private company to a public company. Our fees can be negotiated on an annual "all in" basis depending on the services you wish us to provide, or we can agree billing for you that is based on an hourly charge out rate. Estimates of costs can always be provided prior to commencement of individual pieces of work, if required.

We publish a regulator e-bulletin, to ensure clients who retain our services have access to the most important changes in company law and practice.

The information is current, useful and will flag up any matters that require your immediate attention.

You can always call us to discuss any proposed changes to your company structure. We will give you impartial advice and support and suggest any steps you may need to take to ensure you comply with current law.
